Since beginning this project, one question has been asked to me repeatedly: Why make the goal to be successful predicated upon Millionaire status? There are several good answers. First and foremost, a Millionaire is a distinction. though there is such a term as a Thousandaire, it doesn't carry the same weight and gravitas. Additionally, the habits developed by following the systems in this book take time to develop. As such, by the time a person reaches Millionaire status, these habits will (hopefully) be ingrained deep enough that it becomes easier and easier to make the next Million, and the next, and the next. Finally, Millionaire and Millennial both start with "M", and I'm a sucker for a good alliteration.

I am a native of Upstate New York, specifically the Finger Lakes area. I have read over 50 books on the subject of money management, finance, investing, and budgeting, and this book is the culmination of that research. "The Millennial Millionaire" allows novices in money to learn how to use the same tricks the world's richest people do, and the goal is to enlighten a generation who is having an exceedingly difficult journey through life.

This book was developed on a principal I created called SMILE- Save, Make, Invest, Learn, Enjoy. By developing these five distinct disciplines, the average Millennial can reduce their student debt, create meaning in their day-to-day life, and begin the long process of becoming a Millennial Millionaire.
